Grades
•Major assessments are worth 60% of your grade for math. This includes tests and larger projects.
•Minor assessments are worth 30% of your grade for math. This includes classwork/HW, quizzes and smaller projects.
•The unit assessment will be worth 10% of your math grade. This will include ONE assessment given within the trimester.
•All assessments will be posted on Parent Portal. Please use the portal to check your child’s progress and email me anytime with questions/concerns.
**Homework receives an attribute grade along with participation and classroom behaviors. Homework will also be 1 combined quiz grade per trimester. Every student starts with 100 HW quiz grade. Every HW assignment is worth 2-3 points is completed fully.
