The CORE 4

Here at Middle School North, we follow the CORE 4 as our school-wide character education and positive behavior program. Completely homegrown from the voices of our students and staff, the 4 elements--RESPECT, EFFORT, TEAMWORK, AND SAFETY--promote a positive school culture in which students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.  Demonstration of these elements are celebrated through our North STARS program (Students Transforming And Redefining Schools), which recognizes students who exhibit one or more of the CORE 4 elements.  With assistance from our amazing PTA and local community organizations and business, all nominated North STARS are entered into monthly prize drawings to award their positive impact on our school community!
