Welcome to Literacy Lab for the 2020-2021 School Year!

I have the pleasure of teaching Literacy Lab at Howell Middle School North in grades six, seven, and eight!

In this class, we practice our reading skills; mainly through word work practice, extra reading time, and practicing comprehension strategies (make connections, summarize, visualize, predict, generate questions).

I am here to support you as we navigate through this school year. In the end we will all be successful, when we work hard and are patient with each other. If you are having trouble, do not be afarid to ask for help. I can either answer your question or direct you to someone who can!

SPECIAL SCHEDULE FOR LITERACY LAB, PHASE ONE:

7th Grade: You will have lab on A days

6th Grade: You will have lab on B days

8th Grade: You will have lab on C days
