How Is My Grade Determined?

TESTS & LABS: 60%

Tests are given at the end of every chapter/unit of study
One week's prior notice is provided before each test
Any study guide provided is a tool to aid in studying for the test. Students should also study their class notes, handouts, chapter assignments and the corresponding chapter/sections in the textbook.
Labs are directly related to lessons discussed & provide hands-on and/or technology based learning

QUIZZES & ACTIVITIES 40%

Quizzes will be given for the chapter's/unit's vocabulary and to check understanding of material
Activities are exercises to reinforce particular concepts
